Frequently Asked Questions

We always recommend that you make reservations with the field prior to your arrival. The contact info to the participating fields is listed on your pass.

Is paintball safe?
Paintball is very safe sport. Like any other activity or sport, there is always the potential for injury. However, paintball has one of the lowest injury rates of any sport. Insurance company statistics have shown that more people get hurt bowling and fishing than playing paintball.
Does it hurt?
While it’s a safe sport, we don’t lie that that it doesn’t hurt at all. While the fear factor is half the fun, your experience will vary depending on your tolerance for pain. Some say that the impact feels like the snap of a rubber band. Most players don’t even feel the impact because of the sheer adrenaline rush they get from the sport. Your distance from another player when you get shot also determines the force of impact. At worst, paintballs may leave small circular welts or bruises on some people that last 2-4 days.

No. All of our facilities have a strict “field paint ONLY” policy.
There are many safety issues that come up with off site paint. Our fields ensure quality paint and shelf life. Old/cheap paintballs can also jam up the gun. This can disrupt your game time and can potentially damage the equipment. Also, our field owners already allow us to sell the passes at a considerable discount. The small charge for air and paintballs helps our fields pay for the massive overhead and fixed costs of running the fields.

Comfort is key. We recommend loose fitting clothes that allow you to be physically active. Heavier fabrics or multiple layers will lessen the sting of the paintballs.
Since paintballs are water soluble, non-toxic, non-staining fills, there’s no long term staining or damage to your clothes. Some facilities rent coveralls for a small fee.
Players should wear closed toe shoes such as running shoes or hiking boots.
A baseball hat worn backward makes your mask fit better on your head helps provide much better head and back protection. Wearing elbow & kneepads is a great idea to protect your joints.

Passes can be used at any of our participating fields across North America.

Many fields have a minimum 10 years of age policy. Depending of the stipulations of the field’s insurance policy, the minimum age requirement may vary. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their legal guardian sign and date a Release of Liability Form (Waiver Form). Most fields have this easily accessible on their website.

The Paintball Field must provide the following for Each Pass redeemed:
• All day admission to facility
• Safety mask
• Safety, equipment handling, and game instructions

Many of our participating fields have their own pro shops where
you can find a great selection of guns, masks, and other gear from the industry’s leading manufacturers.

The price for paintballs and air vary between fields. The paintballs and/or air prices for each of our participating fields are listed on your passes.
